Die Global Starcraft II League (kurz GSL) ist ein StarCraft-II-Turnier, welches durch GomTV und Blizzard Entertainment in Südkorea ausgerichtet wird. Seit 2016 wird das Turnier nicht mehr von GomTV, sondern von AfreecaTV ausgerichtet. Alle Übertragungen werden von spielerfahrenen Kommentatoren begleitet. Es gibt einen englischen Stream für alle nicht-koreanischen Zuschauer. Mit der Global StarCraft II Team-League (kurz GSTL) existierte bis 2013 auch eine Teamliga, die parallel zur GSL ausgetragen wurde und in Konkurrenz zur Proleague stand.

GOMeXp (formerly GOMTV) had hosted it until the last season of 2015. There is also an English language stream available. The tournament features two leagues, Code S (major) and Code A (minor). The English cast of them is mainly performed by Dan "Artosis" Stemkoski and Nicolas "Tasteless" Plott. Formerly broadcast on Wednesdays and Saturdays on TwitchTV, the programme is now broadcast on Mondays and Thursdays on YouTube. As of the end of 2015 GSL Season 2, GOMTV has given away over 3.6 billion Korean won (over $3.1 million USD) from the individual GSL and Arena of Legends leagues in StarCraft II.
