Gene MacLellan (* 2. Februar 1938 in Val-d’Or, Québec; † 19. Januar 1995 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island) war ein kanadischer Singer-Songwriter. Il déménageât éventuellement aux provinces de l'Atlantique, demeurant à , où il a vécu jusqu'à son décès par suicide. Il gagne un Prix Juno en 1971 comme meilleur compositeur. MacLellan fut souvent un invité à et plus tard, il fut un régulier sur avec Anne Murray et . MacLellan s'est suicidé en se pendant à Summerside, le 19 janvier 1995.
