جورج إميل جول دارسي (بالفرنسية: Georges Daressy) (19 مارس 1864 - 28 فبراير 1938) كان عالم مصريات فرنسي. عمل في المتحف المصري بالقاهرة عام 1887. وكان من بين مسؤولياته نقل المتحف من بولاق إلى الجيزة عام 1891، ثم إلى مكانه الحالي عام 1901. وهو مؤلف الكتالوج العام للمتحف. كان أول عالم مصريات ينشر (عام 1901) ويترجم (عام 1906) ألواح أخميم الخشبية. قام بالتنقيب في جميع أنحاء مصر، لا سيما في وادي الملوك، ومدينة هابو، والكرنك ، والأقصر، والملقطة، وأبيدوس.

Georges Daressy arbeitete seit 1887 im Ägyptischen Museum von Kairo. Er zeichnete u. a. verantwortlich für dessen Umzug von Bulaq nach Gizeh (1891) (Gelände des heutigen Zoos) und zum heutigen Standort am Midan at-Tahrir (1901). Daressy war ein wichtiger Autor des Generalkatalogs (Catalogue Général (CG)) des Museums. Er war an den Grabungen im Tal der Könige, in Medinet Habu, Karnak, Luxor, Malqata (Theben-West, am Palast des Amenophis III.) und in Abydos beteiligt.
