La Casa de Gobierno (en inglés: Government House) ubicada en Puerto Argentino/Stanley sirve como residencia y oficinas del gobernador del territorio británico de ultramar de las islas Malvinas, designado por Londres, desde mediados del siglo XIX. La residencia oficial fue construida en 1845 por el gobernador Richard Moody. De estilo victoriano, se trata de un edificio protegido, ubicado en el cruce de Ross Road con Government House Road.

The 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica says in the Falkland Islands article that "Government House, grey, stone-built and slated, calls to mind a manse in Shetland or Orkney." There is a conservatory on the northern side of the building, which Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh visited during his tour of the Falklands in 1991. One of the world's southernmost grapevines grows there, of the Black Hamburg variety. Sir Ernest Shackleton stayed here during his famous expedition. Allegedly, he described his time there as being "far colder than any time on the ice". It is a listed building. It was the site of a major battle and of the surrender during the 1982 invasion of the Falkland Islands. Apparemment , il aurait décrit son séjour sur place comme « bien plus froid que tout le temps passé sur la glace »[réf. nécessaire]. Que ces propos se rapportent à l'accueil qu'il a reçu ou la température sur place est pas clair. Il s'agit d'un Monument classé.
