Hilda Gobbi (1913 - 1988) va ser una actriu hongaresa, coneguda per les seves interpretacions de dones grans. Una de les seves actuacions més conegudes va ser com a tia Szabo a la telenovel·la The Szabo Family. Membre de la resistència durant la Segona Guerra Mundial, va tractar de facilitar la reconstrucció del patrocinant la recaptació de fons. Committed to her craft, she founded the Árpád Horváth Actor's College (1947), a home to care for elderly actors named after Mari Jászai (1948), a second actor's home named after (1950), the (1952), and bequeathed her Patkó Villa to the National Theater for the purposes of creating a theater.
