Jan Lexell, född 13 mars 1958 i Luleå, är en svensk professor i rehabiliteringsmedicin vid Lunds universitet. Ett av hans forskningsområden är fysisk aktivitet vid åldrande. Lexell är också överläkare vid Skånes universitetssjukhus.
