- Katrina Hanse-Himarwa (* 22. Januar 1967 in Hoachanas, Südwestafrika, heute Namibia) ist eine namibische Politikerin der SWAPO. Sie war im Kabinett Geingob I von 2015 bis zum 9. Juli 2019 Ministerin für Bildung, Kunst und Kultur. Zwischen 2004 und 2015 war sie Gouverneurin der Region Hardap. Hanse-Himarwa erhielt 2014 mit dem Most Distinguished Order of Namibia eine der höchsten Auszeichnungen des Landes. Anfang Juli 2019 wurde sie der Korruption, für Vergehen während ihrer Amtszeit als Regionalgouverneurin 2014, vom Obergericht schuldig gesprochen. Einen Tag später trat sie als Ministerien zurück. Sie wurde schlussendlich zu einer Geldstrafe von 50.000 Namibia-Dollar verurteilt. (de)

- Katrina Hanse-Himarwa (born 22 January 1967, in Hoachanas) is a Namibian politician. A member of the SWAPO party, she served as Minister of Education, Arts and Culture from 21 March 2015 to 9 July 2019. Hanse-Himarwa is a teacher by profession. She holds a Basic Education Teacher's Diploma (BETD) obtained in 1995 and a Bachelor in Education Management Technology obtained in 1999. She has been working as teacher and school principal since 1987. After winning the Mariental Rural constituency in the 2004 local elections for the SWAPO party she was appointed governor of Hardap Region, a position she held until 2015. (en)
