Pastel adalah semacam pastri yang dibuat dengan meletakkan isian di atas adonan, lalu dilipat dan ditutup rapat. Pastel dapat terasa manis atau gurih tergantung dari isian. Pastel dapat menjadi makanan yang mudah dibawa-bawa, sama seperti sandwich.
