وحدات الاصطفاء (بالإنجليزية: units of selection) هي الكينونات الحيوية التي تتدرج في سلسلة المراتب الحيوية الخاضعة للاصطفاء الطبيعي. وهي تتضمن مستويات مختلفة: الجزيئات، الجينات، الخلايا، الأفراد، المجموعات، والأنواع. ويدور جدال شديد بين الأحيائيين التطوريين منذ عدة عقود حول مدى تأثر التطور من الضغوط الاصطفائية الواقعة على كل من المستويات المختلفة.
