Yilin's cancer cells has spread and needs to go for chemotherapy immediately. Yilin initially refused to go through it but finally relented after much persuasion from everybody. (en) Du Siman applied to teach at Brilliante Secondary School, the school with the worst academic results in Singapore as it accepts pupils who have failed the Primary School Leaving Examinations. Through sheer determination, she manages to convince the principal, Zhou Yaoguang, to recruit her. Unfortunately, Siman's first day at the school turns out disastrous. (en) Yilin hopes to celebrate her birthday with her parents but both parents forgot about it. Feeling depressed, Yilin returns to school. Yanbin counsels her. Siman returns to the school to look for Yanbin. Seeing him having fun with a long haired girl, she mistook her as his girlfriend and left them alone. (en) Zhixiang's confession of his feelings to Yilin is being filmed down by Qinghua. He ends up being mocked by his classmates. Zhixiang snatches away Qinghua's phone after beating him up. Qinghua reports to the police. Zhixiang is worried about being arrested. He asked Yilin to return the phone to Qinghua on his behalf. (en) Siman pays Zhixiang a house visit and accidentally discovered that Zhixiang is staying in a luxurious condo. The helper informed Siman that Zhixiang is not at home while his parents are overseas. Siman cannot understand why Zhixiang needs to work part-time given his family background. Yanbin tells her not to judge a book by its cover. (en) Siman forgot her date with Zhengnan and to make up for it, she decided to surprise him with supper and waited for him at his home. However she is shocked to see Zhengnan coming home with a woman, therefore is heartbroken. (en) Zhixiang is detained by the police. While out on bail, he discovered his grandmother has died. Zhixiang is furious and returns to the school to beat Qinghua. Everyone is shocked. Zhixiang misunderstood that Siman has betrayed him and refused to forgive her. Siman is dejected, Yaoguang consoles her and tells her not to give up. (en) On the eve of her operation, Yilin asked Yanbin to ride with her to see the sunset. Yilin asked Yanbin a hypothetical question - will he marry her if she is still alive? Yanbin then answered her that he will. Sadly, Yilin's operation was unsuccessful as she died. This made everyone shattering into tears, especially Zhixiang, who has a crush on her. Zhixiang, Wensheng and the other students of 3C were then revealed to be hired by Zhengnan. At the end of the episode, the whole school waited for Alex who is dismissed from the boys' home before the Majulah Singapura anthem is played. (en) Alex blackmailed Lida after being caught in the act of filming below the skirts of female students. Lida has no choice but to lie to Yaoguang that Yanbin molested him in the toilet. Yanbin is suspended and Siman feels unjust for him. (en) Jessie is traumatized after being molested and refused to go to school. After questioning her, her mother assumed it was Junliang who is the culprit and complained to the school about it. Junliang denied when Yaoguang question him. Yaoguang refused to believe him and after discussion with Guo An and the rest, they decided to cane him in front of the school. (en) Yilin's mother Jane received a call from the hospital and discovered that she has cancer. Siman is bringing the students to Sentosa. Jane informed Yanbin about Yilin's condition and hope that he can look after her. Yanbin is heartbroken. Siman is upset after seeing Yanbin's concern for Yilin. (en) Siman prepares presents for her students but no one dare to open it for fear of her taking revenge. Siman is disheartened when the students started walking out of her class one by one. (en) Siman's clip is being circulated around. Zhixiang and Wensheng started fighting over this clip. Siman and Yanbin stopped the fight. Siman threatened to report this incident to the discipline master but Yanbin stopped her and asked Siman to let him settle the case instead. (en) Wensheng and Zhixiang discovered that the graffiti in the boy's toilet is scolding Guo An. Both decided to amend the wrong words written but is instead caught red-handed by Guo An! Both denied being the culprits. Guo An decided to view the CCTV and finds Junliang and Qinghua to be the most probable suspects. Both however denied and Junliang even openly rebutted Guo An. (en) Zhengnan gets along very well with the students during his bakery class. Siman views Zhengnan differently after this incident, Yanbin feels unease at seeing how well both of them seems to be getting along. Zhengnan is aware Yanbin has feelings for Siman and wants to have a level playing field with him. However, Yanbin decided to hide his feelings for Siman. (en) Yilin thought of a way to get Siman to come back and asked her classmates to help plant fake flowers in the garden. Yanbin is touched by their sincerity and promised to help them get Siman back. (en) The class of SA4 fold paper cranes to pray for Yilin's recovery after finding out about her medical condition. Siman leads her class to organise a graduation ceremony. Yilin is touched by their gesture. (en) Junliang cannot bring himself to face his half-paralyzed dad and stay out all day. Yanbin tells him off and pass him a key that belongs to Guo An. Junliang finally understand what his father has gone through and seek forgiveness from his dad. (en) The students are elated when Siman decided to go back to school. She tells her students not to give up easily and pass them "frogs" and "ducks" as gifts. She explained that frog will become Prince and duck will become Swan one day. The students finally understood. (en) Yaoguang hinted to Siman that Yanbin did not hear her confession. Siman clarifies with Yanbin and both are sad that they miss out on the opportunity. It is Siman's last day and she gave a heartfelt speech. The students are sad to see her go. Meanwhile, Junliang only wanted to embarrass Guo An by throwing urine at him at the stairs, but a midst of events caused Jessie to be the one being threw instead.
