本稿では、複数惑星系の一覧について取り上げる。複数個の惑星を持つ惑星系は特に複数惑星系(英語: Multiple planetary system、Multiplanetary system)または多重惑星系と呼ばれる。2020年10月11日時点で太陽系外惑星が確認されている3,223個の恒星のうち2個以上の惑星が確認されている複数惑星系は713個である。既知の惑星系内における惑星数の最多記録は太陽系とケプラー90系の8個で、グリーゼ892系、HD 10180系、TRAPPIST-1系の7個がこれに次ぐ。しかし、2012年にHD 10180に新たに2つの太陽系外惑星が存在する可能性が指摘された。もし、その惑星が存在するならばHD 10180の惑星数は9個になる。 713個の複数惑星系の一覧は、距離が地球の近い順に掲載する。最も近いのは2個の惑星を持つプロキシマ・ケンタウリ系である(近い恒星の一覧も参照)。現在、地球から50光年以内の範囲には12個の惑星系が確認されている。しかし、ほとんどの複数惑星系は地球から非常に遠い位置にある。一番遠いとされている複数惑星系は13,300光年離れた位置にある系であるとされている。

Bintang terdekat yang pernah ditemukan pada saat ini adalah Proxima Centauri hanya memiliki 1 planet yang telah dikonfirmasi yaitu bernama Proxima Centauri b dan 1 planet lagi telah ditemukan tetapi belum dikonfirmasi hingga saat ini yaitu bernama Proxima Centauri c.
