Η Ένωση Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων Μακεδονίας (Ε.Π.Σ.Μ.) είναι αρμόδια για το ποδόσφαιρο στο νομό Θεσσαλονίκης. Εδρεύει στη Θεσσαλονίκη και είναι μια από τις τρεις ιδρυτικές ενώσεις της Ελληνικής Ποδοσφαιρικής Ομοσπονδίας (Ε.Π.Ο.). Είναι υπεύθυνη για τη διεξαγωγή του τοπικού πρωταθλήματος και του κυπέλλου, όπως και των πρωταθλημάτων εφήβων και παίδων. Συντονίζει επίσης τις δραστηριότητες των μικτών ομάδων νέων και παίδων, οι οποίες εκπροσωπούν το νομό σε εθνικό επίπεδο. (el)
Macedonia Football Clubs Association (Greek: Ένωση Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων Μακεδονίας Énosi Podosferikón Somatíon Makedonías or Ε.Π.Σ.Μ.) is an association responsible for administering football in the Prefecture of Thessaloniki. It was formed in 1924 as Football Union of Macedonia and Thrace (Greek: Ποδοσφαιρική Ένωση Μακεδονίας Θράκης Podosferikí Énosi Makedonías Thrákis) and it administrated football in the regions of West Macedonia, Central Macedonia and East Macedonia and Thrace. Since 1935 its area of responsibility was restricted within the borders of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki. Founding members of the union were Aris, Iraklis and Megas Alexandros. (en)
De Macedonische voetbalbond (Grieks: Ένωση Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων Μακεδονίας) is een Griekse regionale voetbalbond voor Thessaloniki. De bond werd opgericht in 1924 als Voetbalunie van Macedonië en Thracië. De bond was destijds verantwoordelijk voor het voetbal in West-Macedonië, Centraal-Macedonië en Oost-Macedonië en Thracië. Sinds 1935 is de bond enkel nog verantwoordelijk voor de prefectuur Thessaloniki. De stichtende leden waren de voetbalclubs Aris, Iraklis en .
