Muriel Evelyn Vernon Paget, CBE, DSTJ (* 19. August 1876 in London, England; † 16. She was made an OBE in 1918 and promoted to CBE in 1938. She received awards in recognition of her humanitarian work from the governments of Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Imperial Russia.
