Diagram np adalah jenis diagram kontrol yang digunakan di dunia industri atau bisnis untuk memonitor proporsi dari dalam sebuah sampel. Seperti halnya diagram p, diagram np juga hanya mengakomodir inspeksi dengan dua keputusan, "OK / Gagal", "Bagus / Jelek". Yang membedakan dengan diagram p adalah, diagram np tidak menghitung proporsi ketidaksesuaian tersebut.
