Pa'l Norte es un festival de música, arte y tradiciones norteñas que se lleva a cabo anualmente desde 2012 en Monterrey, Nuevo León. El evento consiste en reunir a los talentos consagrados principalmente en México. Pal Norte es uno de los Festivales más populares de Latinoamérica y está en el top 3 de festivales con mayores ingresos en México. Hoy en día es el fin de semana con mayor derrama económica que tiene el estado de Nuevo León, siendo un negocio para hoteles, restaurantes, vida nocturna, atracciones turísticas y medios de transporte. El evento es organizado por Apodaca Group representantes musicales de artistas destacados y creadores intelectuales de festivales tales como: Tecate Live out, Tecate Comuna, Tecate República, Tecate Sonoro, Tecate Península, Tecate Supremo y la gira de Tecate Location, entre otros. En los escenarios de Pal Norte se han presentado importantes artistas, bandas y DJs nacionales e Internacionales además de impulsar nuevos artistas emergentes. Dentro de las bandas destacadas que se han presentado en el festival se encuentran: The Killers, Muse, Queens Of The Stone Age, Justice, Franz Ferdinand, Richard Ashcroft, Don Diablo (DJ), farruko, The Offspring, Placebo, MIA, Snoop Dog, Caifanes (banda), Enrique Bunbury, Robin Schulz, Foster the People, Maná, Café Tacuba, Zoé, Kinky, Plastilina Mosh, Calle 13, El Cuarteto de Nos, Los Amigos Invisibles, Julieta Venegas, Los Claxons, Panda, La Ley, Tigres del Norte, , Juanes, Kenia Os, Paloma Mami, entre muchos más. Pal Norte se representa por un icónico León que cada año cambia su diseño, colores y estilo y es acompañado por el eslogan del festival, “Siempre Poderoso y Ascendente”.
