La Asamblea Permanente por los Derechos Humanos (APDH) es una organización no gubernamental de derechos humanos de la Argentina fundada en 1975. Según indica su sitio oficial, la organización es fruto de una "autoconvocatoria de personas provenientes de los más diversos sectores sociales, políticos, intelectuales, sindicales y religiosos argentinos, en respuesta a la creciente situación de violencia y de quiebra de la vigencia de los más elementales derechos humanos que se escalaba en el país".
