Plas Johnson (* 21. července 1931 , Louisiana, USA) je americký jazzový saxofonista. Je autorem saxofonové linky ve skladbě „The Pink Panther theme“ amerického skladatele Henryho Manciniho. Od konce čtyřicátých let hrál s . Od padesátých let hrál s mnoha významnými umělci, jako byli Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee nebo Nat King Cole. Na enige tijd met Charles Brown getoerd te hebben, verhuisde hij naar Los Angeles en werkte daar als sessiemuzikant. Voor Capitol Records speelde hij mee op ontelbare opnamen met onder anderen Peggy Lee, Nat King Cole en Frank Sinatra, maar ook The Beach Boys.
