البهق أو الشمط (بالإنجليزية: Poliosis ) هو مرض جلدي مكتسب يسبب تغيرات في لون الجلد تظهر على شكل بقع بيضاء بسبب نقص الخلايا الميلانية.

In poliosis there is decreased or absent melanin in the hair bulbs of affected hair follicles; the melanocytes of the skin are usually not affected.
