Die RVF 750 (RC 45) ist ein Supersport-Motorrad des japanischen Fahrzeugherstellers Honda. Die RVF 750 wurde im Herbst 1993 auf der Mailänder Motorradmesse EICMA der Öffentlichkeit als Homologationsmodell für die Superbike-WM vorgestellt. Zur Saison 2000 hin wurde sie von der Honda VTR 1000 SP1 abgelöst.

Like its predecessor, the RVF750R featured a DOHC liquid-cooled V4 4-stroke engine with gear driven cams and a single-sided swingarm, but unlike the RC30 it utilized electronic fuel injection, in a setup very similar to the production 1992 NR750. The US spec engine had a 749.2cc capacity and was rated at 101 horsepower; the European version was rated at 118 horsepower. A simple rewire modification to the PGM-FI box increased power in the US engine up to the 118 hp. It was manufactured from 1994 until 1995 and sold in limited numbers (the United States receiving the model for its first year only), followed by the VTR1000R SP-1 RC51 in 2000.Unlike the VFR750R RC30 and VFR750F from which the engine was originally derived the gear drive for the cams was moved from the centre of the engine in between the cylinders to the one side allowing a slightly narrower engine. A differenza della RC30, il motore era alimentato ad iniezione elettronica, in una configurazione molto simile con la versione omologata della NR 750 del 1992. Il motore, messo a punto secondo le specifiche statunitensi, aveva una cilindrata di 749.2 cm³ e la Honda lo dichiarava capace di sviluppare una potenza di 101 CV all'albero, mentre la versione europea sviluppava, sempre secondo Honda, ca.120 CV. Una semplice modifica ai cavi del sistema d'iniezione PGM-FI incrementava la potenza della RVF americana a ca.120 CV. La moto fu commercializzata in un numero limitato di esemplari dal 1994 al 1995 (negli Stati Uniti, solo nel 1994), venendo poi sostituita dalla bicilindrica VTR 1000R SP-1 RC51 nel 2000. Differentemente dalla VFR750R e dalla VFR750F, nelle quali la cascata di ingranaggi comandante gli alberi a camme si trovava al centro del motore fra le due bancate, nella RVF essa fu spostata al lato del motore che così era leggermente più stretto.
