قانون اللاجئين هو فرعٌ من القانون الدولي يعنى بحماية حقوق اللاجئين، وهو يتعلَّق بالقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني، رغم اختلافه عنهما، حيث يتناولان على التوالي حقوق الإنسان بشكل عام وإدارة الحرب بشكل خاص.
