La réserve des Six Nations, ou plus simplement Six Nations, est une réserve indienne située près de Brantford, dans le sud-ouest de l'Ontario, au Canada. Son nom officiel est Six Nations 40. Il s'agit d'une réserve où cohabitent différentes nations autochtones, soit les six nations iroquoises : les Mohawks (qui forment la majorité), les Onontagués (Onondagas en anglais), les Tsonnontouans (Senecas en anglais), les Goyogouins (Cayugas en anglais), les Onneiouts (Oneidas en anglais), les Tuscaroras ainsi que des membres de la nation Delaware. Six Nations compte une population de 12 892 habitants en 2019, faisant d'elle la réserve la plus populeuse du Canada. Un total de 27 559 personnes sont toutefois membres de la bande indienne rattachée à la réserve. Située à proximité de la rivière Grand, la réserve a une superficie de 184 km2, faisant d'elle la deuxième réserve indienne la plus étendue au Canada. It is the only reserve in North America that has representatives of all six Haudenosaunee nations living together. These nations are the Mohawk, Cayuga, Onondaga, Oneida, Seneca and Tuscarora. Some Lenape (formerly known as Delaware) also live in the territory. The Six Nations reserve is bordered by the County of Brant, Norfolk County, and Haldimand County, with a subsection reservation, the New Credit Reserve, located within its boundaries. The acreage at present covers some 46,000 acres (190 km2) near the city of Brantford, Ontario. This represents approximately 5% of the original 950,000 acres (3,800 km2) of land granted to the Six Nations by the 1784 Haldimand Treaty. Tra i personaggi illustri nati nella riserva, ricordiamo la scrittrice e poetessa Pauline Johnson (che nacque nella riserva delle Sei nazioni nel 1861) ed il politico e diplomatico Deskaheh (che nacque invece nel 1873).
