Strykerovo činidlo ([(PPh3)CuH]6), nazývané také Osbornův komplex, je organický komplex mědi s trifenylfosfinem. Jedná se o červeně zbarvenou pevnou látku, citlivou na přítomnost vzduchu. Používá se jako homogenní katalyzátor konjugovaných redukcí enonů, enolátů a podobných sloučenin.
