El worm ("gusano" en inglés) es un movimiento gimnástico de baile propio del break dance y el funk. En él, el usuario se tiende boca abajo sobre el piso y, apoyado sobre las manos, produce un movimiento secuencial en forma de ola a lo largo de su cuerpo, evocando la locomoción de un gusano.

The move has been used and popularized by WWE wrestler Scotty 2 Hotty as his finishing maneuver ending with a chop drop, and would later be used by Otis Dozovic as his signature maneuver called the "Caterpillar" ending with a standing elbow drop. David Arquette, as a wrestler, has used the worm dance either ending with a chop drop or standing elbow drop as a finisher first in WCW and later on in the independent circuit.
