Ο Τιχομίρ, βουλγαρ. Тихомир (άκμασε τον 11ο αι.) ήταν ένας Βούλγαρος στρατιωτικός διοικητής στο Δυρράχιο, που εστάλη για να πιάσει μία εξέγερση στον βορρά, η οποία είχε επικεφαλής τον Βούλγαρο ευγενή Πέτρο Ντελευάν. Όμως αυτομόλησε και τον ακολούθησε. Αργότερα ήλθε σε διαφωνία μαζί του, καθώς είχε τη δική του αξίωση για τον θρόνο.

Después entró en conflicto con Deljan, debido al apoyo que tenía como zar.
