Dalam mitologi Hindu, Tilotama (Sanskerta: तिलोत्तमा; Tilottamā) adalah salah satu dari tujuh bidadari utama di kahyangan yang berasal dari benih wijen. Ia diciptakan oleh Dewa atas permohonan Dewa Brahma untuk menghancurkan dua asura kuat, yaitu Sunda dan Upasunda. Oleh karena kecantikan Tilotama, asura Sunda dan Upasunda yang semula tak terpisahkan, menjadi bertikai bahkan kemudian saling bunuh untuk memperebutkan Tilotama. Kedua asura yang menebar ketakutan di antara manusia dan para dewa ini memang hanya dapat dihancurkan bila mereka saling membinasakan.
