WBS 70 ist die Abkürzung für die Wohnungsbauserie 70. Es war ein in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik (DDR) verwendeter Typ eines Wohnhauses in Plattenbauweise. Entwickelt wurde er Anfang der 1970er Jahre unter anderem von der Deutschen Bauakademie und der Technischen Universität Dresden. Im Jahre 2018 wurden in Dresden der erste WBS 70/10,8 und weitere Gebäude und Kunstwerke aus der DDR unter Denkmalschutz gestellt.
