Notes

The building for the Department of Biochemistry- Faculty of Agriculture (1966), and the building for the Structures Laboratory- Faculty of Engineering and Architecture (1967) were designed in collaboration with Shawgi Saad, a structural engineer and professor at the University of Khartoum.

The first building has layered facades, and includes a lecture hall, exhibition area, one large laboratory, three small laboratories, offices and stores.
The second building has horizontal panels for shading, and was designed as a large clear span framed structure to accommodate machines.

Another building on campus, the Lecture Theater, was designed in collaboration with the architect Rimner.
