Looks like the UK copy until you look closer. Smooth sleeve, thin paper printed inner with square corners (not rounded). Does not have "Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd." printed on the rear sleeve.

"benelux" and "biem/sabam" printed on the labels, Matrix numbers are stamped (not hand written):

These are the same matrix numbers as the Swedish version

"STEMRA" printed at the bottom of the labels which indicates it's a Dutch pressing, Matrix numbers are stamped (not hand written):

The only one we've seen came in a plain white inner, has plain white labels (obviously) with only FACT 10 hand-written on the "Inside" label. It's pressed on heavy vinyl. The matrix numbers are;
