So, I tried to complete a challenge for 
ncis20in20. I knew that voting was going up on the 26th, but I misjudged how early it was going up and I just missed the deadline. Oh well. I'm keeping the post up anyway, as I'm actually pretty happy with how the majority of these turned out and I spent a heck of a long time on them.
I didn't plan this challenge through properly. As much as I loved 7x08 Power Down, the whole point of the episode was that they were in the dark for the majority of the time. Being in the dark? =/= easy to make icons. As I said above, I'm pretty happy with them overall, probably because they did take so much effort. :)
I don't think these are very spoilery, but I will warn that they are from 7x08 Power Down, so if you are very spoiler-adverse, you might not want to look.

Wow, it has been a long time since I've posted. Mostly I've made NCIS icons since my last update, just because of being a mod at ncishush. (Warning, I've used images through season 4; I don't think anything is particularly spoiler-y beyond "Hiatus", but I thought I would let you know, as a spoiler-phobe myself.)

ncishush. The first two groups of seven were made for a challenge in which all of the icons had to come together to form a cohesive set. The first ones are "rainbow". The second ones are the "seven deadly sins". The rest are ones I've made for various other challenges.

Some of these have been posted before. Those (1-12) are the ones that I made for the challenge community bravo_zulu which seems to be no more. 13-16 (which are newish) were also for that community. The rest (17-39) are fairly new ones that I made for the challenge community ncishush. Three of those icons (26-28) are crossovers, in which I inserted a non-NCIS team member (Irina from Alias, Nikita from La Femme Nikita, and Miss Parker from The Pretender) into promo shots of the NCIS team.
Anyway, here is a preview of the new ones...

After I made my first batch of icons, I turned my attention to NCIS. I mostly focused on using quotes from the show, so I didn't do much of anything with them. I sort of wish I hadn't made them because I have better uses for some of the quotes/pictures I picked, and I usually don't like to recycle. Oh well, maybe I'll do it anyway.
