3-axis stabilization with momentum wheels, magnetic torquers, Earth sensors and 2 redundant sets of 7 blowdown monopropellant hydrazine thrusters. Solar arrays provide 2800 W, 3 x 24 Ah NiCd batteries. GEO insertion by Star 370B solid rocket motor. 24 C-band transponders (with 4 spares) .
