     Constructs a `RejectedExecutionException` with no detail message. The cause is not initialized, and may subsequently be initialized by a call to [initCause](../../../java/lang/Throwable.html#initCause-java.lang.Throwable-).

     Constructs a `RejectedExecutionException` with the specified detail message. The cause is not initialized, and may subsequently be initialized by a call to [initCause](../../../java/lang/Throwable.html#initCause-java.lang.Throwable-).  
     Parameters:  
     `message` \- the detail message
