Hi Adam,
I'm curious what error you have seen as we don't seem to see it (though perhaps we haven't looked closely enough). For me my Windows repo already merges the two into a single ConstantPool directory.
I'm surprised Mercurial doesn't complain about it when cloning.
Still needs fixing of course.
