Lady Katherine Jane Douglas1

Lady Katherine Jane Douglas was born before 1820.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Douglas, 5th Earl of Selkirk and Joan Wedderburn.1 She married Loftus Tottenham Wigram, son of Sir Robert Wigram, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Watts, on 23 January 1849.1 She died on 30 September 1863, without issue.1
From 23 January 1849, her married name became Wigram.

Loftus Tottenham Wigram

Loftus Tottenham Wigram was born on 6 November 1803.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Wigram, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Watts.2,3 He married Lady Katherine Jane Douglas, daughter of Thomas Douglas, 5th Earl of Selkirk and Joan Wedderburn, on 23 January 1849.2 He died on 19 September 1889 at age 85, without issue.1
He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.)2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cambridge between 1850 and 1859.1

Sir Robert Wigram, 1st Bt. was born on 30 January 1743.3 He was the son of John Wigram and Mary Clifford.4 He married, firstly, Catherine Brodhurst, daughter of Francis Brodhurst, on 19 December 1772.3 He married, secondly, Eleanor Watts, daughter of John Watts, on 23 June 1787.5 He died on 6 November 1830 at age 87.3
He was a London druggist.3 He was partner of Blackwall Yark, Deptford.3 He was a shipbuilder.6 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fowey between 1802 and 1806.6 He took shares in HEIC ships.3 He was created 1st Baronet Wigram [U.K.] on 30 October 1805.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wexford between 1806 and 1807.3 He lived at Wexford, County Wexford, Ireland.3

Sir James Hall of Dunglass, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir John Hall of Dunglass, 3rd Bt. and Magdalen Pringle.2 He married Lady Helen Hamilton Douglas, daughter of Dunbar Douglas, 4th Earl of Selkirk and Helen Hamilton, on 9 November 1786.1 He died on 23 June 1832.3
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Michael's.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hall, of Dunglass [N.S., 1687] on 3 July 1776.1 He was President of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.3 He was an architectural and scientific writer.3

Sir James Montgomery, 2nd Bt. was born on 9 October 1766.3 He was the son of Sir James Montgomery, 1st Bt. and Margaret Scott.3 He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Douglas, daughter of Dunbar Douglas, 4th Earl of Selkirk and Helen Hamilton, on 1 August 1804.1 He married, secondly, Helen Graham, daughter of Thomas Graham, in 1816.3 He died on 27 May 1839 at age 72.3
He was admitted to the Faculty of Advocates in 1787.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peeblesshire between 1800 and 1831.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Montgomery, of Stanhope, co. Peebles [U.K., 1801] on 2 April 1803.1 He held the office of Lord Advocate of Scotland between 1804 and 1806.3
