Sir Ralph Bernal-Osborne1

Sir Ralph Bernal-Osborne was born on 26 March 1808.2 He was the son of Ralph Bernal and Ann Elizabeth White.2 He married Catherine Isabella Osborne, daughter of Sir Thomas Osborne, 9th Bt. and Catherine Rebecca Smith, on 20 August 1844.3 He died on 4 January 1882 at age 73.3
He was given the name of Ralph Bernal at birth.4 He was commissioned in 1831 with the rank of Ensign, in the service of the 71st (Highland) Regiment of Foot.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Chipping Wycombe in 1841.4,2 He retired from the military in 1844, with the rank of Captain, late of the 7th (Royal Fusiliers) Regiment of Foot.2 On 12 August 1844 his name was legally changed to Ralph Bernal-Osborne by Royal Licence.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesex between 1847 and 1857.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dover between 1857 and 1859.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liskeard between 1859 and 1865.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottingham between 1866 and 1868.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Waterford City between 1870 and 1874.2

Suzanne Marie Adele Fesq1

Suzanne Marie Adele Fesq was born circa 1932.2 She was the daughter of Emile William Fesq.1 She married Charles Frederic Aubrey de Vere Beauclerk, 13th Duke of Saint Albans, son of Aubrey Topham Beauclerk and Gwendoline Loftus Hughes, on 19 March 1947.1 She died on 12 February 2010.3 She was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, London, EnglandG.2
Her married name became Beauclerk. She wrote the book The Mimosa and The Mango.1 After her marriage, Suzanne Marie Adele Fesq was styled as Duchess of Saint Albans on 2 March 1964. She wrote the book Paradise and Pestilence: Aspects of Provence, published 1997.1 She lived in 2003 at 64 West Street, Newbury, Berkshire, England.1

Murray de Vere Beauclerk, 14th Duke of Saint Albans was born on 19 January 1939.1 He is the son of Charles Frederic Aubrey de Vere Beauclerk, 13th Duke of Saint Albans and Nathalie Chatham Walker.4 He married, firstly, Rosemary Frances Scoones, daughter of Dr. Francis Harold Scoones and Rose Frances Callis, on 31 January 1963.1 He and Rosemary Frances Scoones were divorced in 1974.1 He married, secondly, Cynthia Theresa Mary Howard, daughter of Lt.-Col. William James Holdsworth Howard, on 29 August 1974.1 He and Cynthia Theresa Mary Howard were divorced in 2001.5 He married, thirdly, Gillian Anita Northam, daughter of Lt.-Col. Cyril George Reginald Northam, on 14 December 2002.5
He was educated at Tonbridge School, Tonbridge, Kent, England.1 He was registered as a chartered accountant in 1962.1 He was partner of Burford and Company, chartered accountants in 1981.1 He succeeded as the 14th Duke of Saint Albans [E., 1684] on 8 October 1988.1 He succeeded as the 14th Baron Heddington, co. Oxford [E., 1676] on 8 October 1988.1 He succeeded as the 14th Earl of Burford, co. Oxford [E., 1676] on 8 October 1988.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Vere of Hanworth, co. Middlesex [G.B., 1750] on 8 October 1988.1
