Cecil Butler1

Cecil Butler was born on 15 February 1846.2 He was the son of Hon. Charles Lennox Butler and Eliza Holland.3,2 He married Alice Woolsey-Butler, daughter of Maj.-Gen. O'Brien Bellingham Woolsey and Anna Walsham, on 21 April 1887.1,3 He died on 6 December 1901 at age 55.3
He was a practising Barrister-at-law.3

Alice Woolsey-Butler1

Alice Woolsey-Butler was born on 8 April 1856.1 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. O'Brien Bellingham Woolsey and Anna Walsham.2,1 She married Cecil Butler, son of Hon. Charles Lennox Butler and Eliza Holland, on 21 April 1887.2,1 She died on 21 February 1939 at age 82.1
She was given the name of Alice Woolsey at birth.2 From 21 April 1887, her married name became Butler.2 On 16 April 1910 her name was legally changed to Alice Woolsey-Butler when she assumed for herself and her issue the additional surname of Woolsey by Royal Licence.1 She lived at Milestown, Castlebellingham, County Louth, IrelandG.1

Winifred Cresswell Taylor1

Winifred Cresswell Taylor is the daughter of Colonel Alfred Cressell Taylor.1 She married Major Barney Edmund Barrow, son of Major Ronald Edmund Barrow and Cecilia Frances Woolsey-Butler, on 11 October 1949.1
She served in the Second World War, with the Voluntary Aid Department (V.A.D.) and Women's Auxiliary Corps (W.A.C.) of India, Naval Wing.1 From 11 October 1949, her married name became Barrow.1
