Nicholas Stafford Howard was born on 20 July 1937.1 He was the son of Stafford Vaughan Stepney Howard and Ursula Priscilla Marie Gabrielle Horlick.1 He married Phyllis Bethan Duckett, daughter of Lewis Duckett, on 26 July 1966.2 He died on 17 February 2008 at age 70, from cancer.2

Philip Lewis and Fanny Angela Mary Legge, on 11 October 1969.1 He and Lavinia Zaria Lewis were separated in 1995.1
Lt.-Col. Murray Bernard Neville Cyprian Howard usually went by his middle name of Neville.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 22 SAS Regiment.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Coldstream Guards.2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1985.2

Margaret Catherine Howard was born on 20 January 1913.1 She was the daughter of Sir Edward Stafford Howard and Catherine Meriel Stepney.2 She married, firstly, Major Patrick Wyndham Murray-Threipland, son of Colonel William Murray-Threipland and Charlotte Eleanor Wyndham Lewis, on 9 December 1933.1 She and Major Patrick Wyndham Murray-Threipland were divorced in 1938.1 She married, secondly, Alan Francis Welch, son of Henry T. Welch, on 17 November 1938.1 She and Alan Francis Welch were divorced in 1948.1 She died on 22 January 1953 at age 40.1
Margaret Catherine Howard also went by the nick-name of Marged.1 From 9 December 1933, her married name became Murray-Threipland. From 17 November 1938, her married name became Welch.

He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1
