Kraft I von Hohenlohe-Weikersheim was born in 1240.2 He was the son of Gottfried I Graf von Hohenlohe and Richza von Krautheim.1 He married, firstly, Willebirg von Wertheim, daughter of Boppo III Graf von Wertheim.2 He married, secondly, Margareta von Truhendingen, daughter of Friedrich I Graf von Truhendingen, circa 1280.2 He married, thirdly, Agnes von Württemberg, daughter of Ulrich I Graf von Württemberg and Matilde von Baden, before 3 July 1295.2 He died on 19 September 1312.1
He was also known as Kraft in Weikersheim as of 1252.1 He held the office of Reichslandvogt between 1274 and 1279.2

Gerald Berkeley Portman, 7th Viscount Portman of Bryanston was born on 23 January 1875.1 He was the son of William Henry Berkeley Portman, 2nd Viscount Portman of Bryanston and Hon. Mary Selina Charlotte FitzWilliam.2 He married Dorothy Marie Isolde Sheffield, daughter of Sir Robert Sheffield, 5th Bt. and Priscilla Isabel Laura Dumaresq, on 16 July 1902.1 He died on 3 September 1948 at age 73.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1901 in the 10th Hussars.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Viceroy of India between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was director of Alliance Assurance between 1923 and 1926.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Portman of Orchard Portman, co. Somerset [U.K., 1837] on 2 November 1946.1 He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Portman of Bryanston, co. Dorset [U.K., 1873] on 2 November 1946.1

Michael Berkeley Portman was born on 20 January 1906.1 He was the son of Gerald Berkeley Portman, 7th Viscount Portman of Bryanston and Dorothy Marie Isolde Sheffield.1 He married, firstly, Madelaine June Charles, daughter of David Charles, on 1 September 1930.1 He and Madelaine June Charles were divorced in 1938.1 He married, secondly, Marjorie Kerr Harris, daughter of Frederick William Harris, on 11 October 1938.1 He died on 25 October 1959 at age 53.1
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He gained the rank of officer between 1940 and 1945 in the Fleet Air Arm, minesweepers, ATA and small vessels pool.1
