* Comparing the above with A. Hague's information, I find that he has not included British Captain, Drupa and Athelknight in this convoy. Instead he has Athelknight in the next convoy, HX 16, and it'll be noticed that she's also listed on the original A 1 form for that convoy (in other words, she probably did not sail in HX 15). Also, he says Athelcrown (station 63) returned to port, undergoing engine repairs to Apr. 27-1940 (she's listed in Convoy HX 39 on Apr. 30). He has added the British Letitia, with a note saying "as AMC escort". See his listing for these convoys on the page naming ships in all HX convoys. (A. Hague does not list British Captain until HX 28 in March-1940).
Note that Drupa is, in fact, listed in the Advance Sailing Telegram for HXF 16, and if she sailed in that convoy, she could not have been in HX 15.
