Departed Halifax on Jan. 4-1940 and arrived Liverpool on the 15th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" agrees w/12 ships in this convoy.

My question marks are due to the fact that Page 1 of the Advance Sailing Telegram is rather blurry and difficult to decipher in places.
No further details are available on this convoy.
