The flag of the Quirihue commune consists of a white and blue box that has a red cross on the first one and in blue square a rampant lion and a eight-pointed star, both in yellow.

About the commune
Quirihue is the administrative capital of Itata Province, Ñuble Region. According to the commune's Wikipedia page, it had a population of 12,562 in 2012.
