Ilha de São Vicente / Dja di Sanvisenti (Saint Vincent Island) is one of the six Windward islands.

Not to be confused with Saint Vincent Island in the Caribbean.

São Vicente island one of two that is part of a municipality that spans more than one island. The eponymous São Vicente Municipality covers the whole island and also the nearby Santa Luzia. The latter however is not unhabited, so the municipal flag could be argued to be a São Vicente island flag.
