Salouf is obviously an Arabic oil-rich monarchy. The flag was red with a white triangle at the fly and a black vertical stripe at the hoist. It was shown during a visit of the "Prince" of Salouf to Lebanon: as a car flag at his car (with golden fringe) and as paper flags waved by the people.
