Introduction
Just Cause 2 is an upcoming (2010) video game made by the Swedish developer Avalanche Studios, produced by Eidos and (oddly enough) distributed by Square Enix. The series' first installment was set in a fictional Latin American country, while this one takes place on the fictional island nation of Panau, in the Malay Archipelago.

The flag of Panau, a fictional island nation of Panau appears in the trailer of Just Cause 2: 5 horizontal stripes of green / white / green / white / green, red hoist triangle charged with a white 5-pointed star, its center voided by a red pentagon (slightly larger than the star's inner diameter).

The voided star is apparently the symbol of the state; it is plastered all over the game's environments.
