The town emblem was adopted on Mar 24th 1964 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 土 To of Tosa. The ciecle symbolizes a concord of the towners and the cotyledon inside does a growth of a young tree.
