I blått et skråstilt sølv anker. Azure an anchor argent in bend.
Approved by the royal resolution of 7 November 1986 after a drawing by Truls Nygaard.
An anchor in crude form was used by Nøtterøy farmers as their hausmark at least since the 17th century. [c2j87] depicts a later 17th century example.
