Łęczna county flag

Lećzna county is in eastern Poland, 30 km east of Lublin. Flag adopted: 1996.
Gunnar Staack, 13 Oct 2000.

The present Arms and flag of the County were adopted on December 19, 2001 by the Resolution # XXXI/172/2001.
"Arms: on the red field a griffin, standing to the right, with golden beak and talons and above the blue, wavy stripe. The griffin holds a minerś lamp - silver.
The flag is a rectangular bi-color: blue over red, with the large Arms superimposed in the middle, without the wavy blue stripe."
