Dębica rural district flag
Dębica - rural commune, Dębica County, Podkarpackie Voivodship.
Second (in population) biggest rural commune in all of Poland (after Chełmiec commune).
Arms and flag adopted on April 28, 2004 (resolution # XIV/211/04).
"Arms: on the light blue shield there is a golden oak tree and, on its sides, two silver griffins.
Flag: a rectangle composed of three vertical bands in proportions: 1/4:1/2:1/4 and in colors of blue-white-blue.
On the middle (white) band the Arms are placed."
