Shield Vert, two olive branches set per saltire Argent fruited Or and flanking a Marian crown Or in chief, in base a mountain Or issuant. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black initials: "MOITAS VENDA"
Meaning:
The crown is alluding to St. Mary, the local patron saint.
