It was scheduled to be Kip James over Matt Mason, but Sherman Tank came in to help out Mason, and then Robby Starr (who lost to Sherman Tank earlier in the night) came out to even the odds, before the OCW General Manager came down to proclaim it a tag match. Billy Gunn tossed Sherman Tank out of the ring, before giving Matt Mason a Fame-Asser, setting things up for Robby Starr’s moonsault! which got the pin, 1-2-3.

The Acclaimed barely have defended the World Trios titles, in fact they only defended once so far in the year 2024 which is insane. They also have not wrestled a whole lot which seems to be the trend with AEW wrestlers. They only seems to be wrestling about once a month which is not alot.
