Rey Mysterio injured his knee at a strange point of the match which seemed like it was not written that way..MVP got intentionally Counted out to save his championship, then Rey Mysterio hit some post-match offense.. INTERVIEW: Todd Grisham & Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy.. Jeff Hardy said tonight was the biggest match of his career. He respects Triple H but he does not fear him.. TAG MATCH: Big Daddy V. & Mark Henry w/Matt Striker defeated C.M. Punk & Kane..BACKSTAGE: Vickie Guerrero & Edge.. Vickie Guerrero was preparing for Edge's victory party and said all of her pain will disappear tonight..Edge said Vickie Guerrero's love gives him the strength of three men and asked for a kiss for good luck.. GRUDGE MATCH: "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels defeated Mr. Kennedy.. Mr. Kennedy injured his left hand early in the match and it became a factor in his offensive strategy..Finish saw Mr. Kennedy instinctively punch Shawn Michaels but hurt his hand and Michaels hit the superkick! INTERVIEW: Todd Grisham & WWE Champion Randy Orton.. Randy Orton took offense to Todd Grisham saying HHH or Jeff Hardy "could" face Randy Orton at Rumble Rumble..Randy Orton said he was going to end the second coming of Y2J and doesn't care of the fans are disappointed.. #1 CONTENDERS MATCH: Jeff Hardy defeated Triple H to earn a shot at the WWE championship at Royal Rumble.. Jeff Hardy was hesitant to get aggresive but Triple H slapped Hardy and insisted they get physical!The match went back and forth until Jeff Hardy miraculously countered Triple H's Pedigree into a pin! PROMO: The Great Khali with translator Runjin Singh (Warned Fit Finlay & Hornswoggle of the destruction)..GRUDGE MATCH: Fit Finlay w/Hornswoggle defeated The Great Khali w/Runjin Singh.. The referee took away the first shillelagh but Hornswoggle came in and crotched Khali with a second shillelagh! WWE HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Chris Jericho defeated WWE Champion Randy Orton by DQ after JBL interfered! During the match, Chris Jericho charged Randy Orton, who moved and shoved Y2J into John Bradshaw Layfield's lap!Chris Jericho applied the Walls of Jericho on Randy Orton and the crowd went nuts but JBL kicked Y2J in the head!After the match: Randy Orton delivered and RKO on Chris Jericho and raised the WWE championship above his head.. WOMEN'S TITLE MATCH: Beth Phoenix defeated Mickie James to retain the WWE Women's title.. Jillian Hall came out first bragging about all the downloads her album "Jingle With Jillian" was getting online..Jillian Hall started singing a Christmas Carol and Jim Ross said "I think Jillian should be traded to ECW" Haha!Beth Phoenix and Mickie James worked a good match but it sounded like the entire crowd went outside for a smoke.. WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE NO-DQ 3-WAY: Edge defeated Batista (c) and The Undertaker to win the World Heavyweight title! Tazz joined Michael Cole on commentary since JBL walked out after his actions in the WWE championship match..The Undertaker had Batista in the triangle choke - Edge rang the bell so that Undertaker would break the hold!Edge put two steel chairs in the ring and hide outside the ring wanting Undertaker & Batista destroy each other!An imposter Edge jumped in the ring and got speared out of the ring where the REAL Edge was still hiding out..Another imposter Edge jumped in the ring and took a choke-slam from The Undertaker and fell out of the ring..The Undertaker hit a tombstone on Batista, but the real Edge jumped in and whacked The Undertaker with a chair!Edge pinned Undertaker and became a 4-time World champion as the two Edge imposters literally crawled backstage..Editor's Update: The imposter Edge's were The Major Brothers, who should form a heel faction with Edge..
